Health Insurance at Valley Radiology

Valley Radiology accepts many health insurance plans and participates in several managed care programs. Most of these plans require members to pay an office co-payment for each office visit. Payment of the co-payment will be expected at the time of your visit. After your appointment, we will file a claim to your health insurance plan for the balance.
Contracts are frequently reviewed and changed, so we'll ask for a copy of your ID card at each visit. Before your visit, please get in touch with us or your health insurance plan to verify our participation in your plan. If there is a problem verifying your insurance information, full payment for services rendered will be required.
